You should walk into a space and see yourself reflected back, and we are here to help make that happen. Harper & Grace will create a design concept for your event that brings to life your Pinterest board, your must haves, and a few sneaky items from your wish list. An initial concept will offer various design options to choose from that fit your budget. We then work with you to finalise the design so it's exactly what you wanted and more.

Should it be required, Harper & Grace Designs will implement and procure certain elements of the design.

  • Delivery of design proposal. Including but not limited to; colour scheme, florals, prop hire, linen, & furniture as required

  • Final meeting, we provide the finished design concept, the list of suppliers, quotes and everything you need to style your event

Delivered

Harper & Grace Designs will manage the coordination of suppliers,  ensure everything runs to schedule, and of course, provide on the day styling and those finishing touches.

We will, of course, liaise with all external supplier and the venue to finalise all details in the lead up to the event. All responsibilities are tailored to suit the individual event and are determined in the last few weeks leading up to your event. Most importantly though, we are here to support you, and to make sure your event is everything you wanted, and that you get to enjoy it!

Ready to design your event?

  • 2 hour site visit & planning meeting

  • Unlimited phone & email correspondence

  • Creation of an extensive run sheet & styling brief with distribution to client and suppliers

  • Creation of detailed floor plan

  • Liaison with venue & suppliers in the lead up to your event to confirm inventory as well as  bump in/out

  • Collection of your events who's who, so we're aware of all the important people.

  • Welcoming & hosting guests

  • Coordination of run sheet

  • Set up & styling of all event areas

  • Management of all suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task

  • For weddings, coordination with the celebrant & musicians for ceremony procession

  • Assisting the photographer

  • 10 hours on the day

  • Liaising with the MC to keep the event running on time 

  • Making quick decisions and problem solving to ensure a smooth and seamless event day
