MorGan & Brad's Wedding

Morgan & Brad came to us with not one, but two Pinterest boards, each with a completely different color palette and feel. My first question was 'why?'. Their answer was that they felt that the brighter lighter colour palette they prefered for the ceremony wouldn't work at The Independent Gembrook....my response was 'that's crap,' lets go bright, happy, and throw in a touch of blue to connect to the embroidery on Morgans gorgeous wedding dress (yep Brad knew exactly what she was wearing).

Inspired by the grounds of Mimosa Spa House which had such a lush and uncontained feeling, we aimed to conjure the impression of a wild flower meadow. One aspect that was particularly important, was that the arbour arrangement looked as if it was always there, and that the flowers were growing out of the ground....but conversely could then be packed up and transported to The Independent Gembrook for the reception. The end result is something we're incredibly proud of and we can't thank Morgan & Brad enough for trusting us, after we threw everything they thought they wanted out the window.
