On the day coordination is never just about creating the perfect run sheet, or styling everything just right. It is about providing emotional support where its needed, especially when Melbourne weather sets in, and the outdoor ceremony you envisioned is no longer a possibility.
It is then about moving all the pieces so that guests are none the wiser, and the day flows as if nothing has happened, and what you thought you wanted is no longer even missed.
I couldn't recommend Phoebe enough! Phoebe was our on-the-day coordinator (although it felt like so much more than that!) and she truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We had a number of consultations with Phoebe in the lead up to the day, and on a few occasions Phoebe called me up to check in with me, see how I was managing and offered not just practical support but emotional support during a stressful and overwhelming time. Phoebe understood my vision completely and made sure that it came to life on the day. I put my full faith in her and she absolutely delivered!
